Programme
The workshop consists of 1 day, which you use to prepare for writing or improving the roster policy. You then write a new or improved policy document. During the writing process, you have contact with the trainer on three occasions (by telephone, by email or at Déhora’s office). During these contact moments, the trainer gives you feedback about the document and the process relating to influencers in the organisation. So you are not left to your own devices.
