The purposes for which Déhora Consultancy Group processes personal data

Déhora Consultancy Group processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • The formation and execution of agreements entered into with regard to our products and services.

The provision of services, such as:

  • Contacting you or responding to questions after you have filled in an online contact form;
  • Sending you a training guide, white papers or other brochures after you have filled in an online contact form;
  • Preparing and sending you of an offer after you have filled in an online application form.

Marketing objectives, such as:

  • Promotional purposes. This includes sending newsletters and information by e-mail;
  • Sending brochures, flyers, letters, invitations to events and the training guide;
  • Sending online questionnaires for evaluating events, meetings or trainings.

The personal data that Déhora Consultancy Group collects

Déhora Consultancy Group processes personal data of the following persons for the abovementioned purposes.

Users of our websites:

  • Personal data, such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, organization, position, address;
  • Interaction data, such as IP address, surfing behaviour on the websites and apps, clicking behaviour, location data, cookie ID.

Customers who purchase product(s) and services:

  • Contact data, such as name, address, place of residence, telephone number and e-mail address;
  • Other personal data if this has been agreed by contract.

Quality and liability

When you provide personal data to Déhora Consultancy Group you are personally responsible for this personal data being accurate and up-to-date. Déhora Consultancy Group is not liable, except in the event of intent or gross negligence, for inaccuracies or consequences of activities that are undertaken on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Déhora Consultancy Group does not store personal data for longer than is necessary for the abovementioned purposes. The retention period for personal data depends on the purpose for which the personal data is used. For example, certain personal data that are processed for tax purposes must be retained for seven years. After your personal data is no longer necessary, it will be anonymised or deleted.

How to exercise your privacy rights

Right to access, correct or delete personal data

You can send an access, correction or deletion request to Déhora Consultancy Group. You can do this by sending an e-mail to privacyconsultant@dehora.com. Indicate clearly in the subject line that your e-mail concerns privacy and more specifically that it concerns an access, correction or deletion request. Please note that in some cases Déhora Consultancy Group may ask for additional information to properly ascertain your identity.

Right to object

You have the right to object to the use of your personal data. If you indicate that you no longer wish to be contacted (via a particular medium), Déhora Consultancy Group will include you in a file for that purpose and your personal data will no longer be used for these purposes. You can do this by sending an e-mail to privacyconsultant@dehora.com. Indicate clearly in the subject line that your e-mail concerns privacy and more specifically about invoking your right to object.

Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)

We are naturally happy to help you if you have complaints about the processing of your personal data. However, if you are unable to reach agreement with us, you are also entitled under privacy legislation to file a complaint with the data protection agency, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
