• How do you split your end product into manageable parts?
• What does the term ‘critical path’ actually mean?
• How can you best manage and control your project?
• How do you assign resources (project workers and other assets) to your project?
• How do you monitor your project in terms of time, money and quality?
• How do you recognise the symptoms that indicate (potential) planning bottlenecks in your project, and how do you handle these changes during implementation?
