Our planners have the right knowledge, experience, and skills to give your new planners all the coaching and training they need. The success of Déhora’s induction programme is based on a combination of ‘training on the job’ and ‘mentorship’.

Combine with an assessment

This combination of training and coaching will ensure that your new planner will quickly master the planning processes and systems of your organisation. This program can also be combined with a special assessment of your planner. This assessment will analyse the potential and the personal development opportunities of the planner. This analysis can then be used to enhance the effectiveness of the coaching of the new planner.

Déhora’s mentoring model

Déhora has developed its own mentoring model. Experience has shown that this model can be adapted to suit most practical situations. After the initial intake, our mentoring program consists of on the job coaching for two days a week during the first calendar month. During the second calendar month, there is one day of coaching per week. Finally, in the third calendar month there are two knowledge anchoring days, where the finishing touches are applied. In addition, the new planner will also be able to get guidance over the telephone throughout the entire period.
